Philips Infant / Child SMART Pads Cartridge for the OnSite HS1 AED. Designed for patients less than 8 years of age or 55 lbs. Once you eject the preconnected Adult SMART cartridge and instert the Infant/Child SMART Cartridge the HeartStart OnSite, Home or HS1 AED will change into pediatric rescue mode. The device will intelligently attenuate the engergy to give a lesser shock more appropriate for a young child in cardiac arrest.
