The Physio-Control infant/child pads reduce the energy level delivered from the AED in the case of a child under the age of 8 years old or under 55 pounds requires treatment. These electrodes can be used on the LifePak Express, LifePak CR Plus or the LifePak 1000. What distinguishes the complete starter kit contains is that it contains not only one set of infant/child pads, but also a storage pouch, instructions, and labels.
